How to Connect Your Cirsureas Wireless Meat Thermometer

Most Important Rule: DO NOT pair via your phone's Bluetooth settings.

90% of all connection failures are caused by this. Manually pairing in your system settings will block the official app. Your Cirsureas Wireless Meat Thermometer is designed to connect only through our dedicated apps.

Follow these 4 simple steps for a perfect connection:

1. Download & Open the CORRECT App

   • Do not go to your phone's Settings > Bluetooth menu.

   • Instead, download and open the correct official app for your device:

     • Aicooking App (Primary App)

     • Cirsureas App

     • Cirsureas_Plus App

   • You can find these apps on the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Enable Auto-Connect in the App

   • Inside the app, navigate to Settings.

   • Find and enable the "Device Auto-Connect" option.

3. Keep the App Open and Wait

   • Ensure the app is open and active on your screen (in the foreground).

   • Wait for approximately 8 seconds.

4. Initiate the Connection

   • Tap the Refresh (⟳) or "Scan" / "Connect" button on the app's main screen.

   • The app will automatically find and connect to your Cirsureas thermometer.

Key Points to Remember:

• One Connection Only: Your Cirsureas Wireless Meat Thermometer can be connected to only one smartphone or tablet at a time.

• Use Official Apps Only: Ensure you have downloaded the correct app from the official stores. Using a non-official app or a manual Bluetooth pairing will not work.

• Bluetooth Must Be On (in background): Your phone's Bluetooth radio simply needs to be switched on. The app handles the secure connection process.

Troubleshooting: "App Cannot Find My Thermometer"

If the app cannot find or connect to your device, you have likely accidentally paired it in your system settings.

Here is the fix:

1. Go to your phone's Settings > Bluetooth.

2. In the list of "Paired" or "My Devices," look for an entry named similar to "Cirsureas-XX," "FS-XX," or "Wireless Thermometer."

3. Tap the (i) info icon or gear icon next to it.

4. Select "Forget This Device" or "Unpair."

5. Now, go back and follow the 4 steps above using only your official app (Aicooking, Cirsureas, or Cirsureas_Plus). Do not return to the system Bluetooth menu.

For Computer Connection (Advanced Use):

• Connection to a computer is not managed by our mobile apps and is only possible if your specific desktop software supports it.

• Prerequisite: Your computer must have Bluetooth 4.0 (Low Energy/BLE) support.

• The connection process will be entirely dependent on that third-party computer software's instructions.
