探针免费更换政策 | Free Probe Replacement Policy

如您的探针出现以下问题,可申请免费更换

  • 温度读数异常或不准确
  • 探针无法连接或信号不稳定
  • 外观无明显人为损坏

If your probe experiences any of the following issues, you may apply for a free replacement:

  • Abnormal or inaccurate temperature readings
  • Probe fails to connect or has unstable signal
  • No visible physical damage caused by misuse

申请所需材料 | What You'll Need

请在提交申请时准备以下材料:

  1. 购买记录(订单截图、收据或发票)
  2. 问题描述(简要说明故障现象)
  3. 产品照片(可选,有助于加快审核)

Please prepare the following when submitting your request:

  1. Proof of purchase (order screenshot, receipt, or invoice)
  2. Issue description (brief explanation of the problem)
  3. Product photo (optional, helps speed up review)

Submit request → Review within 1–2 business days → Free replacement shipped upon approval
